AC Duct Cleaning on Palm Jumeirah

AC duct cleaning on Palm Jumeirah depends on where you live on the island. Palm Jumeirah mixes two very different jobs: frond villas with several ducted units and long duct runs, and trunk and crescent apartments on fan coil units, and in both the sea on every side keeps humidity high enough that drain trays rarely dry out.

Frond villas

A frond villa usually has concealed ducted units in the ceiling or on the roof, each feeding a set of rooms. A full AC duct cleaning here means opening access points on several floors, brushing and vacuuming long runs and cleaning each coil. Villas that stand empty for part of the year often smell stale when the AC restarts; cleaning the coils and drain trays is the first step.

Trunk and Shoreline apartments

Apartments along the trunk are closer to a Marina-style job, with fan coil units above the ceiling and short ducts. FCU cleaning covers most of the work.

Humidity and staining

With water on all sides, condensation marks around grilles are common. If dark spots keep coming back after cleaning, ask for mould inspection and cleaning to find the moisture source.

Getting there

Register the company at the gate or with building security. Nearby on the mainland: JBR.

Owners who let their villa or apartment as a holiday home often schedule a clean before the busy winter season, when guests are most sensitive to smells and dusty grilles.
