Can I get a price without a site visit?
For most apartments and standard villas, yes, from the number of bedrooms, vents and units plus a photo or two. Large villas with several package units are sometimes priced after a quick look.
What can change the price on the day?
More vents or units than described, ceilings without access panels, very heavy dirt or growth, or extra work such as coil cleaning or sanitising that was not in the quote. Share everything upfront to avoid surprises.
